Program Description
The ICOPE Primary Care Clinic offers coordinated and integrated services by incorporating primary care and health promotion within the services offered at the UNM Psychiatric Center. It serves individuals with mental health diagnoses receiving care within the UNM Hospital Behavioral Health system. The clinic's primary objective is to manage and improve the physical health of adults with mental illness who are often at greater risk for co-morbid conditions and chronic diseases.
Services Provided
- Primary Care Services, care coordination, chronic disease self-management, health promotion and education
- Walk-in services for venipuncture, ECG, and point of care testing, referrals for specialty care, and community-based services.
Referral process
Please use our walk-in clinic, which is open Monday-Friday.
All intake for the Outpatient Psychiatric Clinics occurs through our walk-in clinic. Please call (5O5) 272-28OO for walk-in clinic hours and location, or check our website.
