Program Description

Our multidisciplinary teams provide comprehensive behavioral health services to vulnerable populations, including adolescents at risk for self-harm, individuals at risk of incarceration, and people experiencing homelessness. We complete thorough needs assessments to determine the most appropriate, individualized course of care for each patient and their loved ones. In addition to direct mental health treatment, we support patients and families by coordinating referrals, assisting with access to housing and public benefits such as food assistance, and guiding them through the recovery process from initial engagement through stabilization and ongoing support. Our services address a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, family conflict, work-related challenges, substance use or gambling concerns, post-traumatic stress, and other behavioral health needs.
