Program Description
Esketamine (Spravato) Treatment is offered for patients ages 18 and over with treatment-resistant depression, defined as failure to respond to two or more antidepressant regimens despite adequate dose, duration, and adherence to treatment. Esketamine is a nasal spray form of Ketamine, self-administered by the patient in clinic, and monitored by staff for a two-hour period.
