Labor & Delivery
We want you to have the best birth experience possible, and we encourage you to include a support person during labor. Our family doctors use medical intervention only when necessary and support women who want a natural birth experience.
We offer a range of pain management options, from nitrous oxide to IV medications and epidurals. In the event of a cesarean delivery, we offer the gentle C-section approach, which promotes mother-baby bonding. Talk to your doctor for more information.
High-Risk Pregnancies
If concerns develop during pregnancy, our doctors work closely with Maternal and Child Health consultants who are trained to handle complexities such as:
- Pregnancy with twins
- A baby in breech position
- Vaginal birth after previous C-section
Our MCH team works closely with Maternal Fetal Medicine high-risk OB/GYN doctors. They perform C-section deliveries, if needed.
