Introduction to Employment Services
This training is the first step for people beginning a new career as a job coach or job developer, providing employment supports for a family member, or hearing about competitive integrated employment for people with disabilities for the first time.
In this 4-hour training, you’ll gain the essential tools to begin providing high quality employment services.

College of Employment Services
This nationally-recognized 40-hour training provides in-depth knowledge to support individuals with disabilities in competitive, integrated employment.
Individuals who complete the College of Employment Services are eligible to pursue an ACRE (Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators) certificate or a CESP (Credentialed Employment Supports Professional) credential.
PFE currently offers this training twice per year: in the fall, and in the spring.
Participants’ viewing of recorded, online course material is supplemented with 9 live, instructor-led Zoom sessions, where participants can interact with concepts they’ve learned and network with professional peers.
