STEAM SUMMIT 2026

The Southwest Transformative Educational Advancement Mentoring (STEAM) Network Program will present our 3rd Annual Summit.
Dates TBA
Albuquerque, NM

The STEAM Network Program supports research and educational activities that complement and enhance the training of underrepresented individuals in the Cancer Biomedical Workforce.

The STEAM network program is a unique training network that brings together three Hispanic- and minority-serving institutions. The program is designed to collectively train researchers who are interested in Cancer Health Disparities.

The Summit is an excellent opportunity to network, meet potential mentors and educators, gain valuable opportunities for career and professional development, and learn about the cutting-edge Cancer Health Disparities Research from The University of New Mexico, New Mexico State University, Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Northern Arizona University.
