Community Health Needs Assessment
The University of New Mexico Hospital is on a mission to improve the health and healthcare of all New Mexicans. By conducting a community health assessment every three years we identify the priority health issues facing each of our communities in Bernalillo County and Statewide. UNMH is not required by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to complete a Community Health Needs Assessment. This would not be possible without the support, wisdom, and active engagement of the many different communities we serve.
These reports, including reports back to the community, are available below for your review. Contact UNM Hospital Community Engagement at UNMHCE@salud.unm.edu.
