Christopher Robert Smith, MD

Biography

Dr. Smith received his B.S. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from Rice University in Houston, Texas in 2011. He went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in 2015. Following his MD degree, he completed a 3-year residency at the University of Colorado in Aurora, Colorado. He then joined the University of Colorado Division of Hospital Medicine as a faculty member for two years before returning to the University of New Mexico in 2020.
