Biography

Dr. Deligtisch is an Associate Professor of Neurology at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. She received her MD from Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York, NY. She completed her medical internship at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York, NY and then returned to Columbia for her neurology residency at The Neurological Institute, Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital. Following her neurology residency she completed a fellowship in Movement Disorders at The Beth Israel Medical Center, New York, NY.

Dr. Deligtisch is a movement disorder specialist. Her area of expertise is the diagnosis and management of all movement disorders including Parkinson Disease, Essential Tremor and Dystonia. She is skilled in the use of deep brain stimulation and Botox for the treatment of movement disorders.

She currently sees patients at The Nene and Jamie Koch Comprehensive Movement Disorder Center at UNM Health Sciences.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Deligtisch is the Co-Director of The Nene and Jamie Koch Comprehensive Movement Disorder Center.
