Biography
Dr. Abraham earned her Doctor Medicine degree from Pariyaram Medical College, India. Following this she completed her Pediatric Residency at Nassau University Medical Center, New York and Pediatric Hematology Oncology Fellowship at Primary Children's Medical Center, Utah.
Personal Statement
My primary interest is in bleeding disorders and thrombosis in children. I am the institutional PI for the hemophilia studies. I am an executive committee member of the Mountain States Hemophilia Network. In my role as the HTC director, I also serve as the Medical Director of the Hemophilia Camp. I partner with our coagulation lab in the management of our patients especially with many new treatments coming down the pipeline. I have been collaborating with different teams in the hospital including Pediatric ER, PICU and pharmacy in creating protocols and guidelines for the management of our pediatric patients with thrombosis.
